The film’s script

Your client is not only waiting for the result… they expect to be kept up to date on their case.

And with many cases and many clients, organised communication becomes a core part of the quality of legal service.

With Tibyan, give every client a private online portal to follow their cases, their hearing dates and outcomes, see their invoices and exchange documents with your office.

All within the permissions you set.

Clear information, documented updates, and communication that reflects the professionalism of your legal services.

The film is narrated in Arabic; this is its script in English.

The client portal

A client’s first question is what happened.

The portal answers it before they pick up the phone, and shows only what the office allows.

01

Their cases

Case details, with their hearings, meetings and case numbers.

02

Their invoices

The client’s issued invoices, matching the printed copy the office holds.

03

Files, both ways

They see what the office shares and upload their own, with a record of who added what, and when.

04

Updates by email

The system sends client notifications on the office’s behalf.

Permissions

Only what the office allows.

Every hearing, document and case number has a visibility switch the office sets, and the client portal has its own sign-in with a verification step.

01 · The visibility switch

The office decides what the client sees

Every hearing, document and case number has a visibility switch. Nothing reaches the client portal unless the office allows it.

02 · Documents

Shared or internal

Every file is either shared with the client or kept internal, so the team’s notes never appear in the portal.

03 · Drafts

Nothing reaches the client until it is issued

A draft invoice waits unnumbered and hidden from the client portal. A correction goes through a credit note everyone can see.

04 · Sign-in

A separate sign-in, with verification

The client signs in to their own portal, with a verification step, apart from the office system.

The call that never came

Monday evening, Nasser Al-Harbi wants to know how the morning’s hearing went. Instead of calling the lawyer, Nasser signs in to the client portal, which has its own sign-in and a verification step.

The supply contract dispute is there with its case number and its hearings. The 21 September pleading shows as adjourned for the defendant to file a written response, with the next hearing on 12 October at 10:00 at the Commercial Court. Invoice INV-2026-001412 for SAR 11,500.00 is there too, matching the printed copy the office holds.

The lawyer had asked for the signed delivery notes. Nasser uploads them through the portal, and the case file records who added them and when. The team’s internal notes never appear, because nothing reaches the portal unless the office allows it.

The lawyer’s phone stays quiet that evening, and in the morning the delivery notes are already in the case file.
